Supplies:

Stamp Set - High Tide
Ink - Memento Tuxedo Black, Night of Navy, Cherry Cobbler, Soft Suede, Crushed Curry, Cajun Craze
Cardstock - Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler, Night of Navy

Measurements:

Card Base: Cherry Cobbler 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Layer 1: Night of Navy 5 1/4" x 4"
Layer 2: Whisper White 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Layer 3: Cherry Cobbler 2 1/8" x 3 3/8"
Layer 4: Whisper White 2" x 3 1/4"

Instructions:

Begin by taking the small piece of Whisper White and place a small amount of snail adhesive on the back. then place it on top of your large piece of Whisper White.
Using the moon, stamp in Crushed Curry.
Take a scrap piece of paper and tear making a ruff edge to get your horizon. Remember you are looking for what appears to be a natural break in the horizon from the sky to the water.  Sponge with Night of Navy until you obtain desired affect using small circular motion and beginning off your page.
You will begin layering your stamps at this point, start with the lighthouse, sandy beach, grass, birds and rain.  You may want to add the red glow around the moon as I did with a light sponging of Cajun Craze.
Finally add the greeting of your choice.
Remove the small piece of Whisper White and use snail to adhere it to the small piece of Cherry Cobbler.
Using Snail adhere the Night of Navy to the card base.
Using Snail adhere the stamped Whisper White layer to the Night of Navy cardstock.
Using Dimensionals on the back of the small piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock pop up the lighthouse by lining it up with the design on the large piece of Whisper White.
