Good Sunday morning Guys!!! As you know I don’t usually post on Sundays but today I had to make an exception. Hopefully, you are following me on Facebook and if you aren’t but would like to simple CLICK HERE. Last Tuesday night on my weekly Craftin Till the Cows Come Home Facebook Live, we played with the Brusho Crystal Colours. Because it’s best to let your Brusho projects completely dry, there were two examples I did using the Brushos that I wasn’t able to complete. Well once they were dry I couldn’t wait to get my creative juices flowing and let me tell you, the end results are stunning (if I do say so myself).
Remember, as I said during the Facebook Live, DO NOT prejudge your creation. Sit back let it dry, if you have to, set it aside. No two creations will every be the same, based on ink used, amounts of water and the paper you start with. Guess what, that’s OK, because originality is an AWESOME thing. If you’re one who struggles with creating your own masterpieces the Brushos will take you down that road and trust me when I say, you will learn to LOVE the journey. This Farm Girl had never used Brusho Ink Colours before and at first I really struggled because I was looking for control and perfection. Well, guess what, that’s not going to happen, but with that being said, once I took my own advice (yes, I have to remember to do that sometimes, lol) and let myself think outside of the box, I’ve fallen in Love with them. If you missed the Facebook Live on Brushos and would like to watch the replay I’ve linked it below, or you can simply CLICK HERE.
I hope you enjoyed today’s impromptu post, and like the sentiment in the first card says “GOD wanted to brighten up the WORLD”. Have a fabulous Sunday and Happy Crafting!!!
