Sometimes we need a card for a last minute occasion and we need it now. Hopefully, you will agree today’s cards fit that bill. Grab your Word of Art Stamp Set and choose the color combinations that tickle your fancy and get busy. You could always leave the sentiment off and when you need a card quickly grab it and add the appropriate sentiment before sending it on its way. As you will see in the video below this card literally takes minutes to create and you can make it as vibrant or neutral as you want by simply changing up the inks. Black is one of my go to colors for my first layer because it gives the stamped layer that frame it needs. I added some of our Black Bakers Twine for a little extra texture and I love how it turned. out. I chose to use our Regals Color Collection for the card below with Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, Elegant Eggplant, Garden Green and Island Indigo.
The card below has a smaller first layer and I went with the Brights Collection using the Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo,k Old Olive, Pacific Point and Pumpkin Pie inks. Personally I like the wider frame in the card above but I love the color combinations in both. I love thinking of way to use the textured stamp set, sometimes abstract is what we need.
