Today Clean & Simple card was inspired by Darlene Boardman with her beautiful card below using the Celebration Time Stamp Set and the Basic Pack 2 Washi Tape. She embossed her Whisper White background layer with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder and popped her sentiment up with the Stitched Shaped Framelits Circle and the Scalloped Layering Circles Dies. I love how she chose Lemon Lime Twist Card stock for the scalloped circle as it gives the card just the right amount of pop. If you guys are like me I have all this beautiful Washi Tape but forget to pull it out and use it. Thanks for jarring my memory Darlene, I just love the results on these cards.
Below is my twist on the card. I used the Polka Dot Basics Embossing Folder for my First Layer and chose the Basics Pack 1 Washi Tape for my card. I absolutely love the Work of Art Stamp Set and wanted to use it again as it’s retiring and will be gone at the end of May. Check out the video below to see just how fast this cute card came together.
