I hope you’re ready to squeal!!!! You know I love, love, love rustic cards. Well, today I inked up my Tree Rings Background Stamp for the first time and OMGOSHHHH, I absolutely love it. Be prepared because I know this stamp will see lots of ink in the future. In the video below you will see how I heat embossed the images from the Wood Words Stamp Set on Vellum, such a fun technique, I must say.
I used the 1/4″ Copper Trim Ribbon for my final touch on this rustic card and I’m pleased to say this Ribbon is carrying over in the new catalog. So grab your cardstock vellum and embossing powders and check out the video below and have some fun 🙂
Card Base – Soft Suede – 11″ x 4 1/4″ scored at 5 1/2″
First Layer – Early Espresso – 5 1/4″ x 4″
Second Layer – Crumb Cake – 5″ x 3 3/4″
