Home is where the herd is and with that being said, I absolutely love to decorate each month for the holidays. I’ve been so busy the last year and half getting all my ducks in a row with my business and also my farm responsibilities, that I haven’t had the time to decorate. Well, that stops now, wooohooo, I’m so excited and I hope the images show what a passion I have for all types of crafting. Each month I will add a creation I’ve made with my paper crafting to show you how easy it is to incorporate them in your decor. Be prepared these posts will always be photo heavy, in efforts to show you as much detail as possible 🙂
Yes, I made the wreath and I love to create home decor pieces on the dime. So, I’m always looking for a bargain at the Dollar type stores to mix into my creations. I will say the vintage burlap potato sacks are from an antique store (some times you just know what you want and you’ve gotta go find it.)
Decorating the fireplace and mantle is one of my favorite areas along with the dining room table. Of course our son is the focal point of our fireplace and I work hard to compliment that fact instead of detract from it.
Yes, I made the pillows below, you know I’m a Silhouette Girl and working with Heat Transfer Vinyl is another one of my favorite craft project types.
If you’re wondering where the paper craft project is in this months decor, check out the napkin ring holders. Yep, what a fun and easy project they were. If you missed how I made these on a Facebook Live, you can CLICK HERE
to learn how now. I apologize for the glare on these pictures, trust me I used every magic trick I had and the sun coming in the windows just wouldn’t cooperate.
Well, that’s it for my Thanksgiving Farmhouse Decor. I hope I’ve motivated you to think outside the box when crafting and given you some decorating inspiration along the way. Happy Crafting!!!
