Farmhouse St Patrick's Decor Because
Home is Where the Herd Is

Decor, Farmhouse, St Patricks Day, Shamrock, Banner

March is all about St Patrick's Day for us here on The Scott Farm.  We're not Irish but it is my hubby's birthday and that makes it a special day for us for sure.  As you can imagine time is a precious commodity for me right now, and I didn't have time to do a lot of decorating.  With that being said, I pulled out items I have created in the past and then made the little banner to finish off the mantle.  Make sure and check out all the details below on exactly how I created it, I've got to admit it was so simple and rated a squeal from me when it was complete.

I created the word LUCKY using scrapbook paper from days gone by using Mod Podge on wood cut outs.  Little Mr. Leprechaun is made from wood elements, painted and some yarn was added for his moustache and beard.  The three green glass bottles have vinyl clovers added to them, that I cut with my Silhouette Cameo, as are the pillows pictured below that flank the ends of my couch.  Like I said these are all old decorations but I do still love them.

I went pretty basic for the dining room table this month, just adding a clover scarf around my white pitcher and placing a couple of cute jars beside it.
