Oh Spring has Sprung here in Oklahoma and I’m one happy farm girl for sure. We’ve had a few cold nights and I’ve had to hold off on planting my seasonal flowers, but that didn’t stop me from grabbing the You’re Inspiring Stamp Set to get my Daffodil fix going. I wanted to add a little whimsical flair to the card and chose the Touches of Textures Stamp Sets for this purpose. I just love the splattered stamp in the set and thought it resembled rain hitting the flowers. As you’ll see in the video below, I created one bold and beautiful card and one soft and subtle card both using the ever so versatile Garden Impressions Designer Series Paper. PSSSTTT don’t forget both of these Stamp Sets and the Designer Series Paper are retiring, so grab them before they’re gone for good.
If you love easy coloring then this is the stamp set for you, I grabbed my Stampin’ Blends and got busy and made sure I added a row a Daffodils to the inside as well, I mean come on, can you have to many Daffodils, I think not 😉 I used the Happy Birthday sentiment on these cards but I think you’ll agree they would be perfect for most any occasion.
