Today’s cards are all about the ones in your life that love fishing. My herd member Brenda Snow designed this awesome card and I love how it turned out. You’ll notice I didn’t say men in your life, and that’s because not only did we create a masculine sentiment version, but we created a generic sentiment version. I know there are lots of ladies who love fishing too, and if you could see me now, I’m raising my hand as one of those gals.
Brenda paired the Best Catch Bundle which includes the Best Catch Stamp Set and the Catch of the Day Dies (trust me you want the bundle) and also used the net stamp from the Sea of Textures Stamp Set. These two stamps set are a perfect combination when creating for sure. As you’ll see in the video below, Brenda used her Stampin’ Blends and colored in her cattails on the card design above and I chose to use Old Olive Cardstock to change it up a bit on the one below.
A little Stampin’ Blends coloring for the fish and the fishing lure on the inside and this card was complete. I’m sure you’ll agree, this card is sure to bring a smile to the avid fishermen and fisherwomen in your lives 🙂
